Moderate Infractions

1. Only one account per person

2. If you are planning on being away for an extended period of time, be sure to let us know in the updates with a site EFA post. If it has been a week since your last post, we will assume it was an unannounced EFA.

3. Please do not spam the forums or multi-post.

4. The use of chat speak (dis, lyk, tho, n) is not acceptable. Please use full words.

5. The use of Liquid Time is not allowed. Liquid time is when your character is in multiple different forums at once.

6. Please, no whining for attention on the website. We understand if you have issues in your life, or if you feel like your character is not getting enough notice. A good place to post anything that you need to get off your mind, (Providing it follows the other rules of the site,) Is the vent station.

7. Roleplay posts must exceed a minimum of 100 words.

8. Any use of God-Modding, Metagaming, or Powerplaying is strictly prohibited. If you have any questions as to what these are, contact an administrator.

9. Please be sure to put the wolves addressed at the end of your posts to avoid confusion.

10. Though swearing is allowed on the website, please keep it tasteful and use it sparingly. Any tasteless swearing, or directed at another member is prohibited.

11. Any hateful or derogatory speak of other packs on the site, meant to bash or make fun of, are hereby against the rules. This site is for fun and I will not have hate on it!

Serious Infractions

1. Any Derogatory or Hate speech is strictly prohibited.

2. Any Sexual advances toward another member is not allowed.

3. Any instances of Stalking another member beyond the confines of the site is not allowed.

4. Any spiteful remarks to another member is prohibited.

5. Any Plagiarism of artwork, characters, or writings is prohibited.

Moderate Infraction Disciplinary Action

1st Infraction: Written warning archived in the Admin room

2nd Infraction: Second written warning

3rd Infraction: 1 day IP Suspension

4th Infraction: 3 day IP Suspension

5th Infraction: Admin panel review to discuss further disciplinary action

Severe Infraction Disciplinary Action***

1st Infraction: 1 week IP Suspension

2nd Infraction: 3 week IP Suspension

3rd Infraction: Admin panel review to discuss further disciplinary action

4th Infraction (If neccesary): IP Banishment

*** Sinister Chaos Pack reserves the right to ban IP addresses without notice or warning if it is felt that the victim of an offense is in any immediate danger. Each Severe infraction will be considered on a case to case basis, and if it is deemed severe enough, IP's will be banned without notice.

I, the Greatest Pokemon Master in the World and my team of six wonderful Pokemon, have seen and read these rules, and agree that they are most agreeable. That is, until war breaks out, as all is fair in love, war, and Pokemon Battles.
